Preschool Boys Classes

Preschool Boys Classes

The Legacy Boys Preschool Gymnastics Program teaches the basic fundamentals of gymnastics, including basic skills, socialization, following directions, and motor development for age appropriate toddlers. We teach ages 15 months up to 5 years in the Preschool Department.

Students showing exemplary gymnastics skills and emotional readiness may receive an invitation for advancement into specialized Preschool classes which may lead to our coveted Legacy Competitive Teams.

All athletes will be introduced to a fun gymnastics warm up that will prepare their bodies to learn basic skills on all six men’s events (Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Floor Exercise, High Bar, Rings and Vault). Classes will also promote flexibility, and assist them in building the muscle they will need to execute these skills in a fun and exciting learning environment.

An interactive “learn and play” class that allows the parent and their toddler (15 months to 3 years) to interact with Legacy coaching staff while they are taught safe ways to help their child in learning basic behavioral fundamentals along with developmental gymnastics skills.
